NATCA store will sell only
products that are American and/or union made. No products will be offered which
is foreign made. With that said, we are always in search of quality products
that reflects our obligation to feature American and union made items.
In addition, our embroidery and transfers are created by a union shop. They are
members of the Graphic Communications International Union GLIC) – Local # 72.
Our clothing items are unique because they will display this unique union “bug”
on both transfers (t-shirts and sweats) and embroidered clothing. This is
commitment on NATCA’s part to support, where possible, our fellow union brothers
and sisters.
We strive to create a pleasant shopping experience. Customer service is always
paramount in our minds. It is important that you have someone to speak with when
working via a web site just would suffice. Our merchandise service “hot line” is
open 9-5 daily – EST. We also provide a convenient “Contact Us” area where you
can forward your comments or questions 24 hours a day.
Your paid, full time NATCA staff located at NATCA headquarters in Washington,
D.C. are here to serve you and to assist you in any way we can. Our site is
designed to make product and price changes easily. With this said, it is our
intent to feature new items weekly or monthly and to add or subtract products
based on member wants and needs. In addition, we can and will create special
pricing or special promotions. So it would be in the best interest of members to
check out the site frequently to catch the “special of the week” or price breaks
on selected items.
We are also intent on serving the needs of bargaining units and facilities
nationwide. Although our site is geared primarily for individual purchases, we
want to make it easy for fac reps and RVP’s to customize orders and to order
quantities of items.
